On 22 October 2026, the IFA 2026 Melbourne Congress officially came to a close. The final day featured the seminar on Recent Developments in International Taxation, bringing together national tax experts to discuss and analyse recent judicial decisions from around the world.
During the Closing Ceremony, the Australian Branch formally handed over the IFA flag to the Swedish Branch, marking the transition to the next IFA Annual Congress destination: Stockholm, Sweden.
We thank all delegates, speakers and volunteers who contributed to a successful week of knowledge sharing, professional exchange and international collaboration in Melbourne.
